Rooms were not too clean. Bathroom stall shower had slippery bottom.
Staff is excellent. Restaurants and food was pricey but good
We had issues with the phone not working and the toilet had an issue flushing. Great for a visit to see your child at the University.
We will definitely stay here again. It’s close to the campus of USC, but also walkable to a lot of shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly.
I like that the staff I meet was in uniform and professional and was polite and helpful. I didn't like how corporate isn't really offering any to the guest at the rates there charged but has everything healthy marked up to the guest for things sold under convenience aren't to friendly to your guests. Over all my stay was safe, clean , and enjoyable.
Hotel was ok. Two lights in the room did not work. I called the front desk and she would send someone. No one ever came. The restaurant good was good. Parking was reasonable
Terra at the front desk was so helpful at check in, she is fantastic a such a great asset to your company. Miss Lorraine at checkout is so sweet, she is great! Now for Miss Jackie at the restaurant, where do I start. We had breakfast at the restaurant and she could not be more helpful and pleasant. We were traveling back from the Mayo Clinic with my wife’s sister and had had a bad week and her smile and kindness were a welcome site and what we needed. She is such a lovely person and we so enjoyed meeting her.
