The room we initially got was dirty with ants and cigarette burns on the counter, the ice bin was moldy and the bathroom was dirt and the whole room had a very foul odor!!! There was no bar and restaurant as advertised, the breakfast was mediocre. The staff however was very nice and the front desk staff re roomed us after I showed her pictures of the room we were given. The second room was better and they made sure we had clean towels and toiletries daily.

It was either hot or freezing in the room. The room was alot smaller than the photos would lead you to believe. Also the breakfast was just blah. Saying all of this it could have been just our room, and we possibly caught the breakfast buffet on a bad day.

This hotel is old and in a relatively unsafe area with exterior doors. More importantly, the room bathroom was filthy. The drain was black around the chrome drain screen. There was black, mold and mildew around the wall tub seal underneath the faucet. The entrance door safety lock was broken off. We chose not to stay, even though the reservation was nonrefundable. The young lady at the front desk was very kind, very polite, and offered us another room. But given the condition of the room we saw we did not have great confidence that any other room would be better. Very disappointed.
