There was an absolutely amazing employee that made our experience fantastic. I dont remember her name but her personality was as amazing as her fire red hair. Maybe the name pookie will help as well. This hotel was really good to stay at in Cripple Creek. The hotel was updated. The saltgrass restaurant was directly across the street. And you can catch the shuttle to anywhere in Cripple Creek. The front staff was very nice and accommodating. Definitely would stay here again.
