The Peak View Guesthouse was launched in July of 2024.

This is a beautiful 2 bed/ 1 bath guesthouse located on the ground level of a lovingly renovated historic home built in 1900, with 850 sq. ft. of uplifted space for you and your guests in the sought-after Old Colorado City neighborhood of Colorado Springs.

We love the bright and stylish vibe of our home and we hope that you'll enjoy its design and aesthetic as well.

You'll love taking in the amazing views of Pikes Peak, the 14,115' tall mountain which towers 8000' over the Colorado Springs skyline while sitting out drinking your morning coffee (or glass of wine as the sun sets).

During your stay, you'll enjoy:

The owner resides upstairs in the main home but frequently travels and spends time on the west coast.

The guesthouse is completely separate from the upper house with a separate entrance and outdoor space.

Our home is professionally cleaned and staged by the best vacation rental cleaners that we know and we have all of our linens and towels professionally laundered.

Guest ID Verification + Damage Protection Deposit Policy:

Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through an industry leading insurance provider, Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our vacation rentals with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

You will also be asked to authorize a damage protection deposit via our insurance provider Superhog in case of accidental damage during your stay. This will include a small service fee.

Important: your reservation will not be considered finalized unless this 'Know Your Guest' guest ID verification + fraud prevention process is completed.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom features a bathtub or shower, a bidet, and a hair dryer. Anniversary trip
My wife and I loved our stay. We have been in many VRBO’s and this was the most well thought out place we’ve stayed. It was wonderful to have so many different outdoor spaces to relax and when it started snowing, it was nice to sit in front of the floor to ceiling windows, drink coffee, and watch the snow come down. The home is very well equipped and it is located near everything v. My wife and I had a wonderful stay and would certainly stay here again.

Incredible! Stay here!
Wow. My (now) husband and I stayed here for a weekend while we eloped in Garden of the Gods. This spot is gorgeous, right on the edge of the garden of the gods park, breathtaking views of the mountains and pikes peak. Everything about the property was 10/10. Modern, comfortable, elegant, a lot of little details that make it extra special. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, great shower pressure, comfortable bed, and the hot tub is fantastic too! Great communication with Jeff, super lovely and easy to communicate with and helped us out when we needed to borrow something last minute for our elopement. Highly recommend and we will for sure stay here again when we come back to visit!

Great Views in a Great Home!
This is the perfect place to stay in "The Springs". From the view of Pikes Peak outside your picture window in the sitting area every morning, to the location to everything from the house. Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs being only a few minutes away make this an ideal place to stay. The house was amazing with all the little touches included. Snacks and coffee bar was great. Even the provided Smores Kit was great. Outside patio and firepit make this a great place to unwind after a day of adventuring. WE WILL BE BACK! We
