Horrific
Got there took about 20 min just to get my room keys. Once we checked into the room, holes in the wall. Blood stains on top and bottom sheets. Absolutely disgusting. We ended up leaving right away, wasted $70 on a nasty place. Walking to the room everything was dirty and homeless people outside jamming music and asking for money.

The roads leading up to the property need work, but if you've ever been to CSprings this is every road. The front desk staff is incredible! Dre especially so. If I have a question, I go to him first! So does the hotel staff from what I've observed. Absolute legend.

Need to make sure your staff actually know how to do the job. I booked 2 rooms and it took the girl at the front desk 45 mins for check in. its definitely a extended stay, you can tell theres drug use and sales on property.

I've worked hotels for years, so it's rather hard to impress me. Dre at the front desk heard the tiniest hiccup and jumped right into finding a solution. Pleasant, generous, and professional all the way around. I even extended my stay with them.
