Not Good - No AC
So for starters, no check-in instructions sent, so that was on me to run down. Next, we arrive with a note that the door lock is broke, use key. No big issue there.. but we got inside and found a portable ac running, meaning, this plqce has no AC and was 88 degrees. THIS SHOULD BE CALLED OUT ON THR POSTING. With temps in the 90s, i would have not rented a place without AC. They obviously just went and bought it bc they didnt even hook up a drain line that is REQUIRED. so the unit shuts off when the drain is full. We improvised and set the unit on a chair and placed a cooler under it to catch the water. Second major issues is that the kitchen faucet did not work and we washed dishes in the tub. All of those issues just fall under maintenance. My guess is that this is a new property that has not vetted. The last thing was the cleanliness. I spoke with the PM and she offered a solution, but was better to not take it. It was already late. Houseleeping needs to be addressed.
