Colorado Avenue Escape

Brand new modern construction right on Colorado Avenue in Old Colorado City, just a few blocks from downtown Colorado Springs. Enjoy high-end finishes and custom touches throughout this property. Guests will enjoy the full kitchen with connected patio. The living room has an open floor plan that includes a gas fire place and easy access to the kitchen and dining area for entertainment.

The upstairs has a full master suite with a large walk in closet and on suite bathroom. The master bathroom has a huge bath tub with plenty of room for two :) The shower has a spa like feel with a river rock lining and lots of space. There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs and one with a unique walk out balcony, perfect for a morning coffee or just watching the action down bellow. There is also a laundry closet and a full second bathroom rounding off the 2 level.

Undoubtedly the best part about this property is the location. With great restaurants, breweries and shops within short walking distance. Places such as Cerberus brewing Co., Front Range Bbq, 503 West, and European Cafe, just to name a few. Manitou Springs is a short 5 minute drive, along with the Garden of the Gods, and Downtown is literally 5 blocks away. This property is also available in a second configuration with access to a lower level apartment with 2 bedrooms and another full kitchen and living room. Beautiful house! Seemed brand new. Super clean with all necessary ammenities. It was perfect for our family group of six adults. We were able to cook dinner in the kitchen and make smores over the fire pit. We also walked to Sherpa Garden one night for dinner. Close to Garden of the Gods and Red Rock Canyon. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Colorado Springs!!

Awesome townhouse in Old Colorado Springs
Stayed in this property for my wife’s birthday where we reunited with our kids and friends. I have to say it was probably one of the nicest we have stayed in. It is centrally located in Old Colorado Springs close to Pikes Peek and many other other outdoor activities. The property itself is very new and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare your meals. I would highly recommended it to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Perfect house for family bonding
Our daughter is at the Air Force Academy and wanted a family visit "as if she were home". This was the perfect house to accomplish this. All family members had their own rooms, the huge, modern kitchen was perfect for entertaining, the grill on the porch a great perk and the backyard fire pit topped off the weekend with some s'mores. The location was perfect too. Close to the Academy, Airport and cute downtown area with some awesome restaurants and shops. No doubt we will be returning!

Our family enjoyed the stay here. The house was clean, fresh and easy to access all the things we wanted to do in the Springs. I would stay here again and would recommend others to stay. The host was easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had in a timely manner.
