It was fine… except bed bugs.
Just needed one night stay on our road trip. This met every (minimal) expectation of a clean room with comfortable beds and a clean, decent shower. Unfortunately, the room was a little loud as the door wasn’t sealed fully. Additionally, I am also concerned that our room had bed bugs, although my bites developed after the fact and I cannot be 100% sure. I also saw another guest commented that they had bed bug bites after their stay. Unless the hotel takes greater care in maintaining their cleanliness, especially with multiple concerns of bed bugs, I would not stay here again.

The room was not clean, carpets dirty, funky smell, and very outdated. The worst part was the non-functioning ac unit. It would turn on and off, making the room smell and be very hot. Rooms have paper thin walls and are not comfortable at all. The only good thing was the service by Tiffany and the water pressure in the shower.

Reception service during check in was really bad. This lady was kept talking to the customer in front of us and it took almost 30 minutes for check in after long drive Very bad experience

One wrong turn away from turning into another business to start the stay. The bed is med-firm and the pillows actually have some fluff. The building is old with no elevator but the newer additions are nice. If you really look in the corners of things you'll see the grim in the bathroom but still a 4 out of 5. I would consider staying again.

Our initial room was a pet friendly room, and it stunk of dog urine. We connected with the front desk and they immediately put that room out of service and found another room for us that was perfect for our stay. Room was clean and everything worked well!

Worst mattress, I have slept on in an otherwise highly rated motel in years. Cheap and saggy. If you even think you have a bad back problem, do not stay in this hotel.

The carpet smelled bad - maybe like pet hair? It would help to either to deep clean it or replace it. It really was noticeable when we walked into the room. No elevator? I thought it was an ADA requirement to accommodate disabled guests? Hauling our luggage up the stairs was a chore. There was NO mention of this on the property's web site, or we would have requested a ground floor room. No complaints at all about the staff and cleanliness. The breakfast was very good.

The gentleman at the front desk was delightful. No complaints there. The room we stayed in was filthy!! There was standing water on the floor, yellow pee spots on the toilet lid with hair. Also they was pee splashed up on the side of the walls and dripped down the floors. The room generally felt unclean, as if someone very quickly ran through and did the minimum. The air conditioner never worked. I brought this to the attention to a female desk attendant and she basically just brushed it off. There was a little dog barking all night as well, which made it hard to get sleep. The hotel itself seems to be in a rough brig with razor wire all around the property. The hotel is also so far tucked back it is hard to find. I would never suggest anyone stay here.
