came more than 15 times in this hotel, it is usually very good , thats why i stay here. but this time the service was clearly not here.
Serious issues at the front desk, lack of management and training. Some of the front desk guys are not trustable which ruin the experience...
very big footmark on my bed sheet, wrong information given for taxi pick up at train station, wrong invoice given/ didnt want to provide receipt. Issues with laundry,
it is not a bad luck , but for sure a lack of training from the managements... so who to blame?
I am not sure i would give another try but well if the staffs are stil behaving this way i guess hotel will loose a lot of guests.
kinda sad though, location is wonderful, roof is amazing , food is okay, breakfast has everything you need, its more like a boutique hotel very charming and quiet but well I dont know didnt feel well during my last stay
