Stylish, clean and spacious rooms.
Great stay, good location few stops away from heumarkt with a short walk to Dom. very stylish and clean hotel. Rooms are very spacious and water pressure in the shower is excellent! Would recommend to anyone considering a stay in Cologne. Only niggle I have is that the room AC wouldn’t cool the room no matter the setting, room got a little uncomfortable during the night.

Staff were very friendly maybe it is Germany as a whole but the people here are very nice ! Very walk and welcoming and the rooms were nice big and clean. I would definitely come again so thank you very much for such a wunderbar experience. Danke schön!! :)

Room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was in a great location. However we specifically wanted a fridge in our room to keep food and drink chilled, but the fridge didn't work and no fridges worked in the hotel. They did offer for us to put food in fridge at reception, but we really didn't want to have to keep nipping down to reception Everytime we wanted to make a cup of tea or to have a snack. Customer service wasn't great either. When asked where a Christmas market was we had a reply "I don't know" we then asked where the street was for that Christmas market also to be told "I don't know". Other times we asked staff for help and they just didn't want to help. The only helpful member of staff was the door man, who was a jolly guy always wanting to know where we had been or where we were going and going giving us tips.

The hotel was easy to find. About a 20 minute walk from the centre of Cologne. Our room wasn’t quite ready but we were offered a courtesy drink while we waited which wasn’t long at all. Great customer service. Room was clean.
