It is a very clean property. The staff is very cheerful and helpful. I forgot a neck pillow in our room. The room was being cleaned when I returned and it was cheerfully handed to me. The guests were very nice also.

Staff were professional. Found a long hair on top of the toilet lid. My real complaint with this hotel is sound proofing. Could easily hear the people in the room above me and beside me which woke me at night and again in the morning. Trief uploading a photo of the hair on the toilet but the ap wouldnt let me

Nice Staff, clean and updated rooms, clean breakfast area and a lot of food options. The only thing I would add in the breakfast area is a hand sanitizer area.

We were unable to stay at the hotel because we didn’t have a card for the $75 incidental fee, and they would not accept cash. The girl at the front desk was unprofessional. Never smiled, didn’t try to diffuse the situation, and was argumentative. This is the second time we’ve had issues at this establishment. We will stay elsewhere from now on.
