We were very pleased with the cottage inside , it was clean and met our expectations. All necessities were provided.
Our concern was the back yard of the property. As advertised it did have a fire table as well as lounging furniture. The backyard when we arrived was disappointing the grass had not been cut and was very long, no furniture was put out as well the fire table was not outside. When I contacted the property manager I was told due to weather they do not leave out the furniture?? Well the table was too heavy for us to move , the furniture was dirty and covered with cobwebs etc. as they were in a shed. I was also told they would come the next day to mow the lawn. Well we were leaving that day as well as the person showed up at 9:30 , I felt this was intrusive. We had planned to use the outdoor area and were very disappointed and feel the property manager should have rectified the first day so we could enjoy what we had expected.
