With over 2500 sq ft, 3 bedrooms (plus an office), 2 full bathrooms, a walk-in climate controlled wine room; living room with a wood burning fireplace & glass double door walkout to the back patio; spacious dining room with gas fireplace & glass double door walkout to the back deck, this is an ideal summer home for rest and relaxation or entertaining family and friends. Open concept kitchen to dining with granite counters, breakfast bar, SS appliances, pantry & pass-through window to outdoor dining. Another very special feature is the upper sundeck located off the primary bedroom. Includes Sonos, WiFi, streaming TV, all utilities and lawn maintenance. Tenant pays for cleaning.
