Got there 1:30pm and asked if the room was ready. They said it was. It if I wanted to check a hour and a half early there would be a $30 extra charge. Never had that happen before. I questioned it and nobody seemed to care. So left for an hour and a half had drinks at a local bar and came back. Had to hurry because we needed to leave by 4pm for thing we had planned. We know that 3pm is normal check in but never had a problem anywhere els if the room was ready and just sitting there like they said it was. I call this bad service with no remorse.

Clean & quiet facility; however the floor of the shower was cracked and slippery; it did not have anti slip floor. The door latch to the room was broken but still felt safe. Kind staff.

Room was decent. I found dead crickets as soon as I entered the room, no biggie, it’s cricket season. Shower was cracked around the drain and actually fairly sharp if you step on it right. Someone unknown was able to enter my room although I had the do not disturb hanging from the handle, they did not appear to be someone who worked for the hotel. I went to the desk and waited 10 mins to see someone and was told to come back later. I was concerned about someone else having access to my room where I was staying alone with my children. It was not a terrible experience but I definitely felt unsafe after the stranger entering into my room incident and not being able to get ahold of the receptionist to address the issue. I feel I should be made to feel safe, and if these issues occur I should be able to get in touch with someone to make it right. I loved the price but unfortunately would not be interested in staying again.

Room I was assigned to was damp upon walking in. You FELT that it was off. Had a strong smell which was mixed with the air freshener (Glade plug-in) to hide the true cause of scent. Mildew/mold. I had a late check-in around 11pm due to flying all day and was really tired and wanted to sleep. In the morning, I discovered there was mold everywhere. On the desk chair that I sat in, not knowing cause the room was dark and not well lit. And around the headboards. Requested another room and was assigned the room next door. It didn't have the same smell or dampness but the chair still had a bit of mold on it as well, which I had the housekeeper clean. The headboards didn't have mold as well so I thought everything was okay. Until I went to bed late that night after being out all day. There was huge mold spots on the ceiling above the bed. The stone ledge at the window was not attached and nearly fell on my foot when I sat on the bed and put my foot on it to apply lotion to my legs and feet. This place needs to be thoroughly cleaned and repaired. Stayed for two nights and totally wasn't worth the price even though it was about $140. Guess it's that whole saying, you get what you pay for. Never will try to budget again when it comes to a room.

The staff were very nice. The hotel building exterior is in need of repair. The facade is starting to fall off. Maintenance seems to be behind on taking care of basic wear and tear on the interior. The cleanliness was not up to par (all minor) of previous visits to this hotel.

The staff is excellent. Our room was clean and appealing. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and the shower did not get hot. Also, the air conditioner squeaked even though it cooled nicely. I think room 209 needs maintenance then it would be perfectly fine.

We left a day early because of the conditions had to stay two days due to no other hotels available and they wouldn’t give us our money back. Dirty towels, toilet leaked the whole time and made loud noises, dirty sheets and smelt like weed and body odor every where.
