The host cancelled my reservation at 8pm on the day of my check in and said they are sold out as we were driving to the property. I called twice and asked for manager and she hung up on me and refuse to honor the booking. She gave up my room to higher bid. Terrible practice and should be investigated

Shampoo was empty and they wouldn’t bring a new bottle, the fire alarm went off for an hour at 6am and there was mold in the bathroom everywhere with giant chunks of paint peeling.

Should be your last option
Very run down and dated. Granted we stayed there because it was a game weekend and it was the only thing vailable. Now i know why it was available. If you can live with staying in a VERY run down hotel, this is your place. Bath towels were the size of hand towels, no light bulbs in the lamps, bedding like sandpaper and pillows like styrofoam. Stay away unless you cant find anywhere else.

In need of repairs/maintenance/cleaning…..
The hotel is old and in need of repairs/maintenance/cleaning. The closet had dead crickets and a gecko. There was not a coffee maker in the room (although the receptionist said there should have been). The swimming pool was dark green.

Not as advertised.
This was a horrible stay and the room in real life did not reflect what was on-line. It should have slept 5 and it specified a couch. This was not the case the room was on another property and the front door was unsealed; light came thru around the edges. Room was very small. To be fair Hotels.com made it right and issued a 50% discount on the room. That was greatly appreciated.

This is by far the worst “hotel” I have ever stayed in. It was so humid inside from water damage my girlfriend’s hair tripled in size by the time we left. The sheets were so itchy we thought there were bed bugs, the towels smelled, the whole place just had a terrible odor like a wet dog. We couldn’t wait to get out of there 10/10 would not recommend.

Old in bad repair
The door on the room stuck and required heavy force to open. Shower dripped, toilet and hair dryer needed repair and the overall feel was old, dirty and in need of repair.

Very poorly kept property. There was black mold on the outside walls. Not even a blow dryer in the room. The tub was stained so I did not bath there during my stay, This hotel should be inspected immediately. The hotel staff were very unfriendly. Way too much to spend for a sub rate hotel.
