Additional rules
All policies have been created to protect the current and future guest(s), neighbors and host. The violation of these policies creates a burden for our cleaners, service providers and our next guests. Please be considerate of others.
- All communication between guests and host will be conducted on the booking platform.
- Guest making the reservation to stay at the location must be present during their stay.
- No pets allowed

- No alterations or removal of furnishings or decorations.
- No mail or package deliveries to the address.
- Please respect the neighborhood. No loud music/noise outside after 8 pm.
-ALL communication between guests and host will be conducted on the booking platform: This is to ensure there is a documented conversation on the only platform approved on the booking platform. This protects both the guest and host.
-No pets allowed: If evidence of a pet is noted by staff a $250 fee will be assessed.
-No smoking inside the unit: Cigarette butts, odor, ash and other items associated with smoking will be considered violation of the ‘No Smoking’ policy. ‘No Smoking’ policy includes smoking/vaping/incense burning allowed inside the house. Violation is a $500 fee will be assessed
-No parties allowed. Only guests approved prior to arrival are allowed on the property. Total guest count may not exceed the allotted amount at any time. Authorized guests will have a $35 fee assessed, per guest, per day. Unauthorized guests will have a $100 fee assessed, per guest, per day.
- No alterations or removal of furnishings or decorations: If items are found to be missing or broken a fee will be assessed based off of the cost to replace and/or to service said item. A line item inventory is completed before and after every guest stay.
- No alterations or removal of furnishings or decorations: Exterior Security cameras and interior smoke detectors/ CO2 and decibel level monitors on site. If cameras or monitors are found to have been disabled/tampered or manipulated a $500 fee will be assessed per item .
-No mail or package deliveries to the address: There is no mailbox available to guests.
-Guest agrees that if there are any maintenance / repairs / cleanings that must be completed during the stay, guest will allow entry into unit by host or designated staff
-Please respect the neighborhood. No loud music/noise outside after 8 pm: If for any reason a host contracted Security Company is notified because of guests actions, guests will be charged for the cost of $100 dollars per incident or at cost to host, whichever is more.
