It's a newer property, so everything was new & clean. Easy to locate, but kind of limited parking available. Staff were helpful & courteous. Breakfast was okay.

Room was dirty, water came out brown so we couldn’t bathe When we asked night staff to switch rooms she said she doesn’t know how to do that or how to contact the manager The next morning the staff said they can’t do refunds and said she doesn’t know how to get ahold of manager. We come to college station quite a bit but will never come to or recommend this hotel again

We stayed in the suite. There was plenty of room and everything we needed for a 2 day weekend in Cstat for College Game Day and all the festivities. The only thing that wasn't included was a win by our Ags! :-)

You can hear everything
I would hear the people next to my room snore!! The walls were that thin and there was a door between the rooms. If you are going to have a door where you can hear everything, keep one of the room vacant!! Otherwise, it makes it a very uncomfortable stay!!

Good waffles for breakfast.
Comfortable room. Plenty of parking. Plenty of TV stations. Quiet location considering how close it is to the main highway. Friendly staff. Easy check-in and out. Good waffles for breakfast. Bathroom was dated but neat and tidy.
