Rooms we're okay but it is a bit small, also the rooms are overpriced for the value proposition. Dining was next to non-existant and to eat real food you must leave the premises. Yes, they have food but it's very limited.

I've stayed here a few times prior and its great, without complaint. That's main reason why I keep selecting this hotel when i travel to this area. Plent of restaurants within the complex, great parking and very accommodating staff. Not to mention the indoor heated pool.

When we arrived to check in at 4pm, room was not ready and we were told that it needed some maintenance, eventually, we were given a different room. The new room had very loud and noisy air-conditioning unit, likely malfunctioning compressor, it kept waking me up all night long each time it turns on. This is poor management!!!!

I like the staff… I see them every time I come and they’re very friendly. I do believe you need another trash can in your rooms. One in the bathroom is not sufficient. Also The water I noticed this time was nasty. It smelled bad and tasted horrible.. You should check it.

They solved a problem in our room an quickly moved us to another. We missed phone chargers in our room. Was very unhappy that there was a charge for breakfast, As seniors we do not eat a lot and a small continental breakfast would have been welcome.

Check in was easy. Room was just ok, it was clean but the pillows were terrible and the AC unit was so loud. It sufficed for one night but would bot stay again. It is next to a lot of food options which was a bonus.

Room was dirty.. the air conditioning was so loud it would wake you up when it would turn on. We refused to use the shower because it was gross.. at 9:00am house keeping banged on the door and woke us all up asking when we are leaving.. I’d never stay here again not to mention I’m pretty sure there were bed bugs
