Very nice hotel, clean room and friendly staff. They even provide shuttle services to the MGM and Gaylord resorts. Our only gripe was the noise. It felt as if the walls were wafer thin. You could hear the neighboring room as if it were in ours. Our room faced the street and you can hear every bit of the traffic despite being on the 3rd floor. In the morning, staff walked around with two-way radios and you could hear them talking.

Good option that is close to the National Harbor and not as pricey. The shuttle was easy to access and takes you into the Harbor (drop-off at the Gaylord) and also the MGM. Made it so easy to get to our show. Wish it would have run a little later for pick-up afterwards.

The hotel itself is nice enough but is located on a very busy road junction which was a bit of a trial for a driver from the UK. When we arrived on a Sunday afternoon the road junction was very busy with traffic which had attracted several teams of windshield washers onto every set of traffic signals. However, they were quite respectful when we turned away their services. However, it just made us feel the area seemed a bit sketchy and we didn’t feel entirely safe coming back at night. I think the hotel management should think about locking the main entrance doors after 10pm so the hotel can only be accessed by hotel guests with key cards after this time. When we came back from a concert around 11pm there seemed to be some non-guests in the lobby including one guy (smelling strongly of wine) who hopped in our lift and asked to go up to the 6th floor. Our key card would only take us up to the 5th floor so he was out of luck but it was a very uncomfortable ride up to the 5th with him in the lift with us. Also, it is worth noting that the bar and restaurant were both still closed during our stay. We had read about this before we booked but it was still disappointing to see both areas in darkness. We didn’t try the breakfast as we were keen to get away after our experience the night before.
