We have several apartments of 1, 2 or 3 rooms, all fully equipped with all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay and at home,
The kitchen area includes a washing machine, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, juicer, sandwich maker, toaster, crockery and cutlery among other items. Bed linen and towels are also included, the bathroom has a hairdryer, magnifying mirror and toiletries. You can find around the supermarket area, bars, restaurants and shops. THE APARTMENT BUILDING DOES NOT HAVE A SWIMMING POOL OR JACUZZI, they are only available in the Rural House.

In addition to the mentioned apartments, we have a beautiful independent house, fully equipped, with capacity for 14 people, with private indoor pool and jacuzzi, solarium, games room with pin table, table football, pool table, darts and playground, on a plot of 1400 meters, includes a barbecue area. It is located in the same Collado Mediano, about 700 meters from the apartments, in an idyllic landscape, with beautiful views of the Sierra de Madrid.
