Iatt Lake Cabins and Kayaks House Boat

Houseboat on quiet and serene lake. There is no running water in the houseboat. Private bathroom with shower is about 40 yards away. There is a small refrigerator, a microwave and a hot plate. Small table for indoor dining, table on deck for outdoor dining and screened in shared eating area.

Pets are allowed for a $50 non-refundable fee. Pets must be kenneled if left inside alone and on a leash at all times when outside.

Other things to note
The Houseboat has an outdoor seating area and a private back porch. The large property includes three tiny homes. There are several shared areas including a screened eating area, fire ring, boat launch, fish cleaning station., and fishing pier. Kayak, paddle boat and pirogue rentals including life jackets and paddles available. Kayak rental - $35/day or $60/2 days. Tandem kayak, paddleboat or pirogue rental - $45/day or $70/2 days. There is no TV or WiFi.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a refrigerator and a microwave. There's a private patio. The bathroom has a shower.

I specifically ask if I could go fishing. Was told 3 times yes. Got there and you couldn’t for the water grass and weeds. The boat house was being renovated, so they offered to put me in Yhe Pelican house. It was a tiny home, with a short small loft for a bedroom which had a ladder to access the bed. I couldn’t climb the ladder. I tried to rest on the futon. It was to hard. No Tv, games, not even a radio, no cell service. The place was clean as was the land scape. They refunded my cost. I tried to find a different place but with such a short notice I couldn’t. This was my 62nd birthday. It was TOTALLY ruined.
