Had to call to check in as the office was closed. I was told to come back around 3pm and they would be there. Arrived at 4:00 and office was unlocked but was no one around. There was a note that said to ring the bell. I rang the bell several times over severa minutes of waiting. I decided to call the office number again and was told they would be right there. A gal finally came from the back room. To help me. Next day went to check out and again office was unlocked but no one was there. Room was very small, but comfortable and clean.

Our room was decorated to make you feel comfortable. It has refrig, micro, coffee maker, tv. The bed was comfy. The water pressure was good and the room was clean. The town didn't have much to offer in any form. It's small and in cowboy country. The people were very friendly. If in the area, will diffidently stay here again.

An okay roadside motel like hotel. I didn't stay long enough to give extensive review. AC worked but was loud. I basically tried to get a few z's before driving on - there were no strong negatives here.

Great little place for an overnight stay for the price. Bed was a little soft but were used to a hard mattress. Room had a great big screen, perfect for watching the Chiefs game!

So much better than I expected! For the price it is great! I don’t believe they have food options or breakfast, but it’s great for a last minute place to lay your head. The rooms were clean. My 7 month old and I passed out!

Dreadful facilities in kitchen and rude reception
Dreadful! I booked the family apartment because we wanted the kitchen. The kitchen units were in dreadful condition, not one item of crockery or cutlery or kitchen utensils ??!!! What is the point of a kitchen with empty cupboards? Drawer under TV was full of old food/crumbs. Bathroom smelt so much we had to put a wet towel over the drain. Bed linen with marks on..... I immediately went back to reception to advise and request kitchen items. Lady was rude and completely uninterested. I asked for a refund and likewise she was uninterested. Now it gets interesting...... I then contacted Hotels.com to advise and request refund. They said they can only refund if property agrees to it - which of course they won't. So don't think you have protection booking via this website if something goes wrong......
Empty kitchen cupboards - no cutlery, crockery, pots or pans. Nothing.
