Modern and Convenient Location

I can highly recommend this hotel. The staff is wonderful. There is a free transfer from the train station by bus and we were able to get into our room an hour early. The sheets on the bed were pristine and the breakfast in the morning was outstanding. We were able to walk to the palace and university up the hill and down to the river.

Ideal hotel in Coimbra!

The location in Coimbra is ideal. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the Universtiy. Delicious buffet breakfast. Wonderful staff!

My room was a bit small but very clean. The staff are nice and speak English quite well. Breakfast was included and was quite good. I had 4 glasses of fresh squeezed orange juice. I would recommend it.

Good location for sites and downtown area. Restaurants close to hotel not very good and expensive; better restaurants in town. Breakfast not very good tried 1 day. The worst part was the bed - very very hard and pillows were very hard; neck ache after 1 day not comfortable but the plus room was quiet except for the elephant that was above us, glad we left the day after they checked in.

The hotel was very comfortable and our room was huge by European standards. Although it’s on a somewhat busy street our room was very quiet. Great breakfast. Convenient to walk to attractions too.
