First couple of nights next door had tv going all night so not much sleep. Tried to charge us for something that got charged to our room when we charged nothing to our room.

Staff were fantastic- every staff member we spoke to was so lovely and helpful - hotel itself was a little bit out of the way in Coffs, so had to drive everywhere which was mae harder by extensive road works (obviously not hotel’s fault - it just lengthened the travel), beach straight out the back but no life guards - lovely hotel just a little aged now - would stay again

Really spacious with a great view. The place has seen better days though and is a long way from its hay day. The view of the ocean and surrounds is great, the rooms have had a bit of a spruce up, but the entire property is probably not far off needing a massive renovation. For the price and for a night or two, it's all good.
