Very clean. Other residents/guests were friendly. Quiet area. Pictures of the beach view from this specific unit were misleading, but didn’t change the enjoyment of the property. Beach was not overly crowded making it easy to relax and enjoy. Would love to come back someday

There were a couple of issues with the unit and the owner was very quick with getting back to me and getting the issues resolved. Regarding the cleanliness of the property, the floors could use a good scrubbing. Otherwise the rest of the unit was clean. Pictures and descriptions were accurate.

Great accommodation
My husband and eight year old son stayed at this property for one week over spring break. It was such an upgrade from when we previously stayed in a hotel. It's located in a convenient location. The unit was so clean and felt like home away from home. The washer and dryer were incredibly convenient and were so helpful to have. The beach gear was great to have access to use. The pool and jacuzzi were utilized daily and well maintained. We met so many other visiting families while there and it was truly a relaxing vacation. My only suggestion would be to maybe have some type of wagon or buggy to transport the beach chairs and gear. It was a lot of stuff to lug back and forth. Otherwise everything we needed was already there. Highly recommend staying at this property.

My husband and I stayed here and it was AMAZING! It's a perfect location to everything and anything Cocoa Beach has to offer. The condo was so clean and had everything we needed... even chairs and a cooler to take to the beach!! The pool and hot tub were perfect too! Outstanding Property
My family had a blast on vacation this year, in part to this wonderful property. The place was HUGE. And even though we were 5 people strong, we never felt cramped up or boxed in. Almost everything was needed was already in the residence so we were able to travel super light and relax like kings and queens. The property owner was wonderful and attentive and even the housekeeper that arrived as we were leaving was super cool. I hope we get to revisit soon.

I’m ready to go back!
This property was ideal for us! The location to the beach, restaurants, stores and Viera (baseball fields) was perfect. The condo was clean, well maintained and stocked with all the essentials. Simeon was easy to deal with and responded quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone and hope that we get to travel this way again soon!
