Never gave us the keys
Complete lack of communication, never gave us property access, never followed up. Very unresponsive and would not recommend.

Wie erwartet
Der Aufenthalt entsprach voll und ganz den Erwartungen. Etwas abseits von Cochem, fern vom Trubel mit guter Lage und Parkplatz direkt nebenan. Cochem zu Fuß noch gut erreichbar. Wohnung wie auf den Bilder zu sehen. Check-In problemlos aber keinerlei Rückfragen im Vorfeld möglich, da nie jemand erreichbar war unter den angegebenen Telefonnummern oder E-Mail-Adressen. Check-In-Vorgang wurde dann einen Tag vorher per WhatsApp erklärt. Also einfach etwas vertrauen haben bis kurz vor Anreise

Nur für 4 personen
Die Wohnung hat uns gute gefallen, aber es ist nicht für 6 Personen angerichtet, wir in FeWo geschrieben, sonst nur für 4, weil nur 2 Schlafzimmer gibt du keine Schlafcouch. Wir waren zu 5, und für 5 haben wir reserviert, deshalb waren wir ziemlich enttäusch, dass nur 4 Schafplätze gab. Noch mehr enttäuscht waren wir, wenn wir das Problem zu dem Besitzer kommuniziert haben, und seit dem Moment er hat uns nicht mehr geantwortete, er hat sich sogar noch nicht entschuldigt. Das finden wir unrecht und unfreundlich.
