Canceled trip
The hunting trip we had booked postponed our trip due to circumstances out of our control. I asked to have my reservation MOVED, not canceled to a later date and it was denied. Host agreed to reimburse me 50% (which I have not received yet). So you could have earned double the amount you kept from me if you had moved the date. Now you not only lost 1/2 of what you Could have earned but you lost several customers forever.

Small cozy little place
This tiny home was in a quiet neighborhood and was very well set up. All the basic amenities were available, i.e. fridge, coffee maker, utensiles, etc... outside area was quite nice for sitting outside and enjoying the night air, even with the rain we had for 1 night. Chickens running around the yard was cool. They're just fun to watch run around. Water stayed hot for a full length shower with no problem! All-in-all, it was perfect for what we needed and the host was very polite. This would be perfect for a couple that wants to get away from the city for the weekend with their kiddos. Had a great experience!
