This property is perfect if you have to catch a plane out of Cleveland or into Cleveland. It is literally minutes away from the airport gates and car rental return or pick up. It has a free airport shuttle running every 20/30 minutes, which was wonderful
It's a fun, quirky place that is not your average hotel stay. It was an old NASA building that was converted into a hotel.
The check in was a breeze and the staff were all friendly and excellent. The rooms were comfortable, clean and great lighting with the huge windows.
It was a little funky to find at first, when you arrive there is a huge parking lot and the first building you go to is a place that seems to be a residential building where people actually live. Then you see the small sign on the door to let you know the Orbit hotel is the next building over.
Sure enough as you drive your car to the last building, you will finally see "The Orbit Hotel" signage. They could do a LOT better at making it more clear on exactly where the hotel is. Just a few more signs to direct people to the exact spot would have been nice.
However, my son, who had to catch an earlier flight before us, got to eat the free breakfast that they offered and he stated it was the best hotel breakfast food he ever had at a hotel. And he is a picky eater. I did not eat the breakfast, but that review coming from him was noteworthy. He said it tasted like fresh ingredients, not store bought. A HUGE plus! Rating for us from CA, A Would recommend.
