The condo is amazing!! The location is perfect if you want to explore Cleveland. This was our first visit to Cleveland and we both fell in love with the city!! So much to see I wish we had a few more days.

Great apartment close to Cleveland
Great communication from Barbara. There was an issue with housekeeping and she went above and beyond to make sure it all worked out. It was really appreciated. The place was very spacious for two of us and very comfortable. Loved the location close to downtown. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in town for a game or event!

Nice pool
The apartment is lovely and the pool complex. Could do with more cutlery, corkscrew. Communication during the stay with property manager was non exitent, despite needing help. Specifically, this is one of the messages I sent but never got any reply: Due to the pool not being usable, we will be checking out of the apartment on Thursday morning rather than Friday. Also, a lady who said she was housekeeping tried opening the apartment door with a key. She said she was seeing if the key worked. Since this, the door no longer locks when we try to leave the apartment. The key pad does not light up. As a result, we are not able to leave the complex and have had a wasted day. What do we do when we leave the apartment? Very disappointing that we did not get the courtesy of a reply. As,I said earlier, the apartment is nice.

I’m not sure it was how it was described in the description when I first wrote it. Some of the items were stuck to counter tops and couldn’t easily be moved do to lack of cleaning. It was a nice place in the inside besides that. People in close other apartments smoked A LOT of WEED. I won’t stay there again because of this. If you can handle that I’d suggest it for sure.

Very spacious and clean apartment. Centrally located by car to various areas. Not walkable to anywhere. Host has stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen. We stayed in mid-May and unfortunately for us it was quite warm; the building is one where you have to wait for the main HVAC system to switch over from Heat to AC. The unit was very warm during our stay. Parking and access was mostly easy.

Very rude and unaccommodating
I did not get to stay here after i had booked it. The host would not let us stay because I have a medical service dog. After a bref conversation about my service dog I was told to go stay somewhere else. I was only refunded part of my money. I am still owed almost one hundred dollars and i have a feeling I will not see it. I will never try to stay hefe again and I will never recommend someone to stay here. Of you have a service animal make sure to stay somewhere else.

Overall apartment was clean but the smell of smoke on the blankets and towels were bad. Outside the apartment hallway had an extreme smell of weed and cigarettes. Would not stay there again due to that strong smell. Anyone that hates the smell of smoke should look elsewhere. Overall host was quick to respond with any questions I might had. View from the apartment was the road.

Can’t really enjoy the lake
Very nice roomy apartment. A good size for parents and 2 kids. Clean with a nice kitchen. But I found the title description misleading. The apartment windows faced the freeway. No hint of the lake, no idea you were even in Cleveland. Also, walls are paper thin. We heard the neighbors way into the morning. It was a good launch site for travels around Cleveland, if you have a car.

Great spot on the water close to downtown area. We had looked forward to using the pool and outside fire pit, but a storm came through and took out the power. Lakefront Living Close to Downtown
Very nice apartment in Cleveland clpse to downtown and on the lake. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and modern. It does not have lake views but the easily accesible terrace has pretty amazing views. Not much to do from a walking distance standpoint but downtown and everything it offers is just a quick Uber away. Would recommend staying here guven the very reasonable price.
