I booked through you and you got the wrong pictures of the wrong hotel. Your links to menu were wrong. Your amenities listed were also wrong. Once we checked in we were disappointed to be booked when all pictures were of other hotel. Highly disappointed with hotel.com

Great location right on hospital campus with convenient shuttle. Valet parking was quick and easy. Room was perfect -so big! Aaron at the front desk was super friendly and helpful.

Overall the room was good. It was clean and orderly. The only downside and it’s minor is that the shower should have a door instead of a curtain. And I had a beautiful view of the city but I couldn’t see it. The outside of the windows are horrible. But overall I would stay here again

We were in 8th floor ( top floor) suite, unfortunately directly below the HVAC system for the entire building. Constant loud noise made it impossible to get any real sleep for 3 nights we stayed there.
