Everything was awesome and clean. Short walk to Rocket Arena. Nice atmosphere and good bar foods. The only thing that was a issue was, they lost my keys at Valet parking.

My room was not ready at 4pm instead it was ready at 5:18pm but I was already attending my event. There no wash clothes or towels in the room. I called the front desk and no answer. I went to the front desk and was told the lead house keeper will bring these things to my room. It’s 8:51pm and we haven’t received anything.

Rooms have been renovated, but still show their age. Wall paper peeling in bathroom, hole in the wall where toilet paper holder had been previously, shade didn’t stay in its tracks. Was also loud in hallway and outside. Staff was fine, but not overly welcoming. Not sure they ever smiled.
