They charge a lot because it is the only hotel chain anywhere near Cleveland Clinic. The staff is apathetic and they force you to use the valet service racket linked to the hospital while their area is basically abandoned other than the hospital. The food is below average and expensive and the staff is inattentive.

When I checked in, one of the staff members was rude and unprofessional. Most staff members were very nice, but when I checked in, that particular staff member made us uncomfortable. In addition, someone was shouting in the hall way for an hour around 3am, but no one stopped her.

The hotel was great but the cost to park could have been cheaper, we used the hospitals parking garage because it was more affordable, however this didn't allow our car to be easily accessible! To load & unload our luggage the valet seem to need our key, not sure why!

This property seems upscale but the parking is a big hassle. The only parking truly available is valet parking and it’s terribly inconvenient. We just wanted to park our car and come and go but they insist on the valet parking which isn’t noted in the advertising.

The carpet was soiled, bathroom tiles were dirty, furniture needed dusting. Out of four nights beds were only made once. Linens were never changed.
