The Hotel staff was amazing!!! From check in to check out, everything was taken care of. The room was the nicest I've ever stayed in, this property will be a repeat for me.
Liked the atmosphere and general staff.
Didn't like: parts of the interior is a bit in need of some sprucing up but it wasn't a problem for me. The room was fine.
We had an ok stay. We checked in around 4:30 and our room was not ready. We decided to go into the restaurant and have a drink and some food. Around 5:15 I checked on our room. The man who completed our check in was not very nice in fact rude. We were headed to a concert downtown and we had 15 minutes to change clothes and connect with our Uber. I spent over $800 for 2 rooms for one night and I felt slighted.

It was clean and beds comfortable and safe feeling. The onsite dining options were top notch. Valet was great fir parking. Wheelchair friendly. Fantastic employees there. We needed a bath tub stop or plug, they provided or fixed that within minutes. I would stay again. Well run hotel.
