No house keeping the entire stay. Even though they said there was every other day. I confirmed when we left at 0930 that we were on list to be cleaned. No cleaning zero. When I spoke with front desk said someone would get back to me re billing. No one did. If you're going to run a hostel charge hostel prices. Also strong chemical smell in hall on third floor.

It was clean and staff were nice. One suggestion in handicap accessible rooms toilets should be handicap as well. They were too low with nothing to hold on to when lowering yourself.
