This was a very nice property. Front desk and valet were top notch. Every employee was friendly. It was within walking distance of Browns Stadium and Rock Hall of fame. It was a great stay!

I was impressed by the number of plugs (USB and regular) that were all over the room! Plenty of charging stations in good locations. And I really liked that there was a nightlight in the bathroom, which meant you didn’t have to turn on a bright light in the middle of the night to use it. The location downtown was good - seemed to be close to lots of activity.
