This place was very nice. It was clean and service was top notch. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only issue I had was the parking situation. You have to pay to park your car overnight. I’ve never had to do that but we usually don’t stay in downtown areas so that might be common.

Pool room amenity
This is the 3rd time i have booked a stay with Drury Inn and not have been able to enjoy the amenity of pool/hot tub. Sat in pool room for over 2 hours waiting on it to clear. Kids younger than 10 in a group of 12 with adult sitting in hot tub, stuff scattered in room at each table. I saw at least 3 other couples and two families who came in and ended up turning around and walking out. At the end of the day we all are trying to enjoy our stay but i get 1 night out a year from home to relax and couldn’t even do so. Staff did not even monitor or check in with room at all.

When I check in, the guy at front desk was super nice and friendly. Knowledgeable and helpful. I really liked it. I was told my floor was the most quiet floor but heard very loud banging noises and some noise someone is doing something with some cart type of noise kept going around midnight and drunk people that came back from the bar was rudely loud. This drunk people are not hotel’s bad though. And mostly I disliked about this hotel is, I used valet parking. When I got the car back, the curbside where my tire is had my tire mark. Obviously the valet person got on the curb when she parked my car. And when I got in the car, smelled marijuana so strong!! No wonder she got on curb! I was so mad. I was with minor daughter. I didn’t want to expose her to this much of the smell in our car!!! Disrespectful. I wish I didn’t give her the good tip!!!! I liked front desk people and the clean room, but this last part of the hotel stay ruined so much of this hotel.

Great historical building. Inside and outside it’s not a typical hotel. Plumbing needs some serious repairs. When others or us turn on the water it makes this very very loud noise. Since people start showering 5 am, sleep is broken. Otherwise great location. Staff was extremely nice. Dinner buffet was surprisingly good for being included. Valet parking gentlemen were extremely nice.
