GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIRED
To uphold legal requirements and property security standards, we kindly ask all guests to undergo verification prior to their stay. This may include providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID and confirming your contact information with the security team on-site. Please note that this information is solely used for screening and verification purposes and is not stored or utilized for any other reasons.
We reserve the right to deny local guests per property management restrictions.
By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following terms:

« Acknowledging the requirement to provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in.
« Understanding that check-in instructions may be withheld until successful completion of verification.
« All guests are subject to verification checks and are requested to provide necessary information within 24 hours of booking.
« For same-day bookings, information must be provided within 1 hour of booking.
« We reserve the right to cancel reservations that do not meet our verification criteria.
Please note that all guest names must be provided prior to arrival, and the guest name must match the ID provided during booking. Failure to match names could result in not being allowed into the property, and the reservation may be canceled with no refund.

For security purposes, surveillance cameras are installed in the hallways, while a Minut device monitors noise levels within the unit.

PET POLICY
Pets are NOT allowed. Please inform us in advance and be transparent about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation.
CRIB AVAILABILITY
A crib is available upon request. Please note that this request must be made in advance and approved by the host prior to confirmation. Availability cannot be guaranteed without prior approval.
FEES AND PAYMENTS
In addition to your initial reservation costs, all fees for extra services, accommodation charges, and any other payments made during your stay are strictly non-refundable.
HOUSE RULES
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
1. Check-In/Out: Adhere to check-in and check-out times. Request early check-in or late check-out in advance.
Note: Prepaid services are non-refundable, unless we can't provide them due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds for guest-initiated changes.
2. No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside. Use designated areas outside if available.
3. Guests: Only registered guests allowed overnight. Notify if you plan to have visitors.
4. Quiet Hours: Observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am.
5. Pets: This unit has a no-pet policy.
6. Events/Parties: No parties/events without prior approval.
7. Safety: Don't tamper with the noise monitor, smoke detectors, or any safety equipment.
8. Furniture & Appliances: Don't rearrange furniture. Turn off appliances when not in use.
9. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness. Clean dishes and dispose of trash in designated bins.
10. Respect Neighbors: Avoid loud noises and don't trespass on neighboring properties.
11. Parking: Use designated spaces. Don't block driveways or use reserved spots.
12. Amenities: If using shared amenities (like a pool or gym), follow community rules.
13. Security: Lock all doors and windows when leaving.
14. Damage: Report damages or malfunctions. You may be responsible for unreported damages.
15. Trash: Don't leave trash outside the door. Use designated bins or chutes.
16. Personal Items: Take all personal items upon check-out. We're not responsible for items left behind.
17. Communication: Contact us with any questions or concerns. Guests are required to promptly report any issues or concerns to the host during their stay. Failure to notify us immediately may limit our ability to effectively address these issues promptly and could impact the resolution process, including eligibility for refunds or adjustments post-departure. This policy is strictly enforced. Non-compliance may lead to consequences such as reports of inaccurate reviewing, or restrictions on future bookings. We are committed to maintaining the integrity of our reviews and expect all guests to adhere to this rule without exception.

FEES ASSOCIATED WITH HOUSE RULES
- Lost TV remote control: $50.
- Lost key fob: $95.
- Smoking or Vaping Inside: $950 .
- Any evidence of smoking or drugs residue will result in an additional charge of $300.
- Unapproved Late Check-Out: $75 for every 30 min after 10 am.
- Additional guests not stated in the reservation: $65 per night per person.
- Shipping for items left behind: $65 + shipping cost.
- Damage to furniture or appliances: Cost based on repair or replacement.
- Stains requiring professional cleaning: $100.
- Unauthorized pets: $200. This unit has a no-pet policy.
Please be aware that any dirt or mess caused by the pet will result in an additional cleaning fee (e.g., pet hair removal).
Additional/unexpected cleaning fees will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
- Noise complaints from neighbors or security: $250.
- Excessive cleaning upon checkout: $150.
- Disposal of excessive trash or large items: $80.
- Rearranging furniture without approval: $100.
- Tampering with safety equipment—including, but not limited to, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and air filters—as well as other hardware like Wi-Fi devices and TV mounts, will incur a minimum charge of $250. Additionally, engaging in these actions will lead to the immediate termination of your reservation, eviction from the property, and the loss of any entitlement to a refund.
- Unauthorized events or parties: $750.

Note: Our noise monitoring device triggers an alert at 75db sustained over 10 minutes.
- First offense: Warning.
- Second offense without correction: $75.
- Third offense: $300 (may lead to eviction with no refund).

The management hereby informs that we shall not assume responsibility for any items left behind, and it is advised that they may be subject to disposal during the post-cleaning procedures.
Please note that any guest arriving intoxicated or under the influence of substances will not be granted access to the property. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
Violation of these rules may result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund or potential eviction with forfeiture of deposits.
