Noisy and there was only 2 towels. At some points we didn't feel safe due to the faul mouths next door. Didnt have an area to print boarding passes doenstairs. No free breakfasts. Dont recommed staying here.

Biggest problem was having fire alarms going off at 2:30 in the middle of the night and having to evacuate because of people smoking on the fourth floor. Also, rooms are just loud with people slamming doors constantly along the third floor. So pretty frustrating stay.

Indoor pool and hot tub were nice. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. As a customer, I would have liked my room key to open the gym. But, the front desk staff had to let me in. Overall it was a good experience.

My room smelt like a dirty wet dog. The wall paper was coming off the wall, dirty, treatment and service was awful,I checked out early. I was told I would be refunded my money for the two days I reserved the room for. But the whole amount was taken out of my account. I was up there because my wife was having to have surgery for colon cancer at the Cleveland Clinic. These people don’t care the condition of these rooms at all because they figure you have to stay no matter the condition of the rooms or price. Needless to say I spent $400 to go sit in my car for the night.

Hotel was not clean. Elevators were filthy. Room was dirty and my wife found a roach in the bathroom. Also paid $98 through Expedia well over a month ago before check-in. Then when checking out the front desk charged us $100 for an incidental coverage. Which I understand then they charged me an additional $202. For the room and another $100 room incidental coverage. Not understanding why I paid already and they are telling me they have to charge again.

The property was under renovations which we were not made aware of until we arrived. The lamp shade in the bathroom was broken and tilted and they did not fix the issue. There were stains on the lamp shades and shower curtain….. overall the place was dirty.

Horrible Stay

Right off the back there is no lighting from the road giving direction into parrking lot. Then we could not get a handicap room which was needed and requested when previously booked and paid for. One of only two elevators were working and had trash on the floor and was making noise as to a breakdown. Our floor had dirty towels in the doorways. Our room carpet had big stains and looked extremly old, like the hallways. Our mini frige did not work and we had food that went uneatable the next morning. There was no free continental breakfast.
