Exactly as described
My husband and I both agreed that the room was exactly as described. It really was perfect for just the two of us. The bed is SO comfy! We booked it because it has a fitness room included. The neighborhood is quiet, and we were central all the places that we needed to get to for the week. The host was responsive to our messages, and we appreciated some of the details, like the bottles of water in the mini fridge. Would recommend!

Great Place To Stay!
From start to finish a great 1st experience with VRBO. We just needed a place to stay while we visited the house from A Christmas Story and The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and this was perfect! Very secure with camera's, parking literally right outside the door, and easy access to the 2 keys in the lockbox. One that opened the locks on the storm door and one that opened the main door. The smell hits you as soon as you step in. A wonderful smell of CLEAN!! There wasn't a part of the room or bathroom that was dirty. We were very impressed!! Big comfortable bed with lots of extra blankets and sheets and towels, kitchen sink with enough room to fix some leftovers, microwave and small fridge were perfect. The bathroom was absolutely spotless and there were multiple sample sizes of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in case you forgot your own. Large TV with Roku and fast wifi, I was able to watch a movie on my tablet. Quiet neighborhood, the only time we saw anyone was at mini mart a few blocks away, which was very convenient. Should we ever be in the area in the future we would stay again. Great communication with the owner and so much better than a hotel room. Thanks!

Not a place I would ever stay
Upon arriving, I just had a bad feeling about the neighborhood, etc. I sent the host a message telling him I didn't feel safe there and was going to go to a hotel. When you arrive at the location it's too late to cancel for a refund. I booked the room for three nights, told him to keep the first nights rent and please refund me the next two nights. HIs response was that I was "profiling" the neighborhood and he wouldn't consider any refund because of that. I want to make a suggestion to anyone who might want to books this room, go ahead and book it so you can get the address, then before the deadline to get your money back go to the Ohio Sex Offenders database and put in the address.... I think you will find it very helpful and interesting and maybe save you some heartache. I give this a one star and would give it less if I could

Perfect for traveling to Cleveland clinic
The place was just as described and clean. We couldn’t get the room very cool but we were really only there in evening. It was an easy 15 minutes to Cleveland Clinic. Will definitely stay again on my upcoming trips to the clinic.

My wife and I had an excellent experience staying here. I had a scheduled medical procedure at Cleveland Clinic and it was very close, about a 15 minute drive. The property was exactly as described and was very clean. The property manager communication was great and we gladly would stay here again. stay

Communication with the host is great. He's very personable and respectful. if you're looking for an inexpensive stay with a clean room, I would definitely recommend staying here! We are planning to stay here next time we are in town, overall great experience.

Quick overnight
Came into town for a concert overnight and the space was quiet and clean and had everything you could need if you did forget something. Parking is right outside the door and the shower has good water pressure, bed was big and comfortable. Def would stay again.

Owner has been very good with communication and my bookings. The area is quiet, there’s kids in the neighborhood that seem well mannered, I’ve booked this place in the past and will continue to until my contract at the hospital is done. Very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was tiny but immaculate and the shower was awesome! The bed was comfortable and A/C worked like a charm. The VRBO web page made it difficult to communicate with the owner but maybe the phone app is better.

Perfect space for a short stay!
I was in town for a quick concert and loved this space. I’m usually not into sharing a property with the owner because I’m extremely private. But Chris allowed a lot of space and I didn’t even see him. He was readily responding to communications, though, so it was clear that if I needed anything, he would be available. I’ve seen commentary about the neighborhood being questionable and highly disagree. It’s a culturally integrated neighborhood and there is nothing wrong with that, whatsoever. We were absolutely safe and the neighbors I talked to were kind. The space was very clean and the bed was big and comfortable for two people to sleep peacefully. Loved having a small kitchen space!

Not sure how this property has a high rating on Expedia. It is located in a very unsafe neighborhood. Did not feel comfortable staying there so ended up leaving and finding a hotel room instead. VRBO would not refund as the date had passed.

The host went out of their way providing an at home experience...if you forget something dont worry..it was well stocked. The bed was super comfortable & the room was very clean. Upon staying here you must try 'Best thing smokin'...carryout of the absolute best chicken wings i have had. Its just a few minutes away.

We came to Cleveland for a vacation to celebrate our anniversary, and a trip to the Rock and Roll Hall of fame. Firstly, Christopher communicated with us immediately and even before the booking was made. Very professional, informative, and helpful. he did keep in contact with us up until the day of the trip. When we did arrive my first impressions of the neighborhood was mixed. But throughout our stay we were happy with the location. There are many stores and restaurants close, with one convenience store not even a block away. Entering the room was simple due to the lock box. We were provided with the code earlier in the day. The room itself is exactly as it appears in the pictures. Extremely clean and well maintained and smelled wonderful. It's suited our needs perfectly. There is a full size shower, and myself a tall person suited me just fine. The bed was a king size extremely comfortable with a very nice comforter. There were plenty of other blankets available in other sheets if needed. Everything that you could have wanted or needed was in the room provided, so if you do forget something don't worry about it you will be ok. A large flat screen Roku TV is available and since we have Roku televisions was very familiar to us. We could not have been happier with our stay Christopher was very helpful the check-in process was super easy. If we ever do come back to the Cleveland area I will be staying here again, it was perfect for our needs. We did go into the workout room which is large and does include anything that you could possibly need. Free weights, machines, and cardio. Parking was in a driveway with a gate behind so I felt very comfortable leaving my car. I highly recommend this room to anyone looking for privacy in a quiet residential neighborhood.
