I was given an ADA accommodated room - did not request it nor need it. The AC was on high and could not adjust it - the wall unit was not allowing any changes to the temp. The ice machine on every floor was out of order but no out of order sign on any of them. The girl at the front desk was very good - found me another room at my request and stayed to make sure that the AC could be adjusted. I have a night reserved for 8/31 and am going to look for a different hotel.

My room was beautiful and very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located minutes away from Crocker Park, which offers a lot of dining and shopping options. The only complaint I have is that the 4th floor had loud music playing every night during my stay, right above my 3rd floor room. The hotel did not seem to do anything about it because it continued on both nights of my stay into the late hours of the night.

Excellent place to stay. Can not possibly get a cleaner room-perfect, staff was very attentive and freindly, bartender was very good and helpful answering questions, nice pool, we were on 4th floor and never heard a thing all night long, food available for purchase and a nice Italian restaurant in parking lot

When Expedia OVERBOOKED this hotel, the staff were SO KIND. They went over and above for us, even though the problem was at NO FAULT of their own. They offered drinks, snacks, and even pillows and blankets when we had to sleep in our car because we were stranded. They gave me the address and directions for the local ambulance station/hospital and let us use the washroom facilities and stay in their parking lot because it was safer and the local police monitor the lot multiple times a night. Thank you Adam and Jade! We did get to spend a couple nights afterwards at the hotel. The room was huge!

Nice property that is quiet and very clean. The staff is very helpful. There are stores, shopping, restaurants and coffee shops near property which offers a complimentary shuttle (approx. 4 mi radius). The hotel is about 23 min from downtown Cleveland.

Fix the phones.
It was overall a okay stay. There was a big issue with the shower not being able to cut off. I tried to call front desk, the phone in the room didn’t work. I had to hurry up and get dressed and walk to the front desk to let them know the issue. The manager says oh! the phone's only work in some if the rooms but not all of them and they are working on the issue. I felt like they should had offer me a discount for the inconvenience. All i received was a apology... Wow!
