Attended a convention in the hotel so itbwas easy to get to. Staff was very nice. Some elevator hiccups but otherwise facilities were good. Some new restaurants just opened nearby so I was pleasantly surprised by them, especially the seafood place. It's also very close to a Sheetz. Felt very safe to walk around at night. Turnover staff didn't come to my room once during my visit and didn't bring the extra towel I requested, but that's a minor gripe with what was otherwise a pleasant stay.

Comfortable and clean.
Called ahead to pre register because we were arriving late. This confused things a bit when we got to the property but the staff figured it out. The room was neat, clean, and comfortable! The entrance light to the room didn’t work and I forgot to notify them. Breakfast in the morning was an additional charge but I felt it was worth it because it was good.

The room was a pet friendly room as we have a dog. Evidently someones dog peed in the room before we were there and it wasnt cleaned up. Also people were smoking at the door and the smel l carried down to out room. On top of all of this the fire alarm went off at 5am and we had to go outside. The pool was closed also for a few days.

It was a non eventful stay. We only stayed 1 night. Service was great, breakfast was ok. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel needs some work. The elevator was little scary we took the stairs to the 5th floor. The area was awesome.
