Overall clean but appears dark interior. The luggage rack to carry luggage to our room was filthy. Breakfast was good. Staff have good recommendations for dining. Not the most impressive hotel, but good price for what you get & just off the highway.

The hotel is just fine! Not great. Not bad. You can tell that they are trying, and that’s what makes it ok! Again, for what you get, they are charging a perfect amount(although, the pool could be a tad warmer, but if that’s all you can complain about, they’re doing it right!). We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Close enough to all attractions in Cleveland. We did the Rock HoF, Great Lakes Science Centre, TopGolf, B.A. Sweetie’s, etc, and nothing was more than 30 minutes away! Lots of shopping options close by as well. Great breakfast buffet as well!

The staff was very friendly and check in was easy. However, our bed was terrible. It was so uncomfortable. My husband and I were tossing and turning the whole night and finally we got up around 6 am and left. It was the worst bed we have EVER tried to sleep in!!!!

Nice place, nice room, comfortable bed, and nice people. Good and timely service. Would stay here again. Convenient to the highway. We stayed four nights while visiting with relatives in the area.

Our room smelled VERY bad, as did my father’s room. The door was a giant pain in the butt to open all 3 times we did, we kept having to go to the desk to get our key card reactivated. The bed looked clean but honestly I tried not to look too hard since we literally had nowhere else to stay. You get what you pay for!!

It was okay at best.
The good. Shower drained properly. So no standing in dirty water. They still offer a continental breakfast. Though I didn't use it I thought it was a great idea. Other than that I didn't see the value for the cost. Towels got changed out every day. But the bed was never made. Not sure if I was supposed to request that. No attendant at the desk when I checked out at 0430 am.

Cheap but good for the price
Clean with a surprising amount of amenities like a business center, breakfast, vending machines, pool, exercise area, appliances in the room. The one thing was that the shower in the morning took a pretty long time to give hot water.
