stay at Best Western in Cleveland , booked through Expedia. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable standards. From the moment we arrived: The hotel had a strong unpleasant odor throughout the property. The room was in very poor condition. Instead of an actual shuttle, a regular car picked us up, which was not what was advertised. Shockingly, we found blood stains on the comforter, which was only replaced after we complained. We later discovered mold in the bathroom, and when we brought it to the staff’s attention, they acted as if it was normal. These conditions are completely unacceptable for a paid stay and pose serious health and safety concerns. We did not receive the standard, cleanliness, or service that was promised at the time of booking.

This was a stay for my birthday. We specifically booked this for the pool. However, the pool was very cloudy and not clean- with bugs and hair floating around, dirty bandaids etc. There were dead bugs by the drain in the pool area. Overall just looked like the place wasn’t maintained. It seemed to be under construction when we went. The room was okay- not super clean but not horrible- no bugs or anything. Mattress was very firm and uncomfortable. The hotel breakfast was good. Lots of options available. At one point we went to get in our car and one of the workers was touching it? Overall not great. I would find somewhere else to stay next time.

The property is very convenient to the airport. A great solution for long term parking for a stay and fly. Elaine the driver is very friendly in the pick up and drop off at the airport. Our flight was before the breakfast so we couldn't partake. I would use this property again.

It is very close to the airport and they have a free shuttle. Staff was kind enough. For the price, I was just a bit shocked. It was clearly renovated but it felt so " cold" ( not literally) and , it still has an old vibe to it. That being said, it was clean, it is close to the airport - they have a free shuttle. It is just somehow not what I expected.

Microwave was not plugged in or able to where it was located....refrigerator made a ticking sound all night. Maintenance checked it but still could hear ticking. Nice bed. Squishy pillows. Loved extended parking option for vehicle security while on our trip.

We were not impressed at all. There were no paper towels or soap for the kitchenette sink and only one tiny bar of soap for the bathroom sink for 5 of us. The sheets were old & dirty and had red marks on them. The floors had cracks in them. There was no shelf in the shower to put anything and there was mold on the bottom, and no hook behind the door to hang towels. The mattress for the sofa bed was absolutely disgusting with crumbs and stains all over it. The fridge was dirty and the doors opened the wrong way. And one of the two big windows in the room had frosted glass and you couldn't even see out. The staff was not particularly friendly at all and it was a chore every day just to get new towels for the 5 of us. Most of the time, no one was at the front desk to help anyway. The breakfast attendant was wonderful and friendly even though the food options left a lot to be desired. The pool was fine and a good size and the room was a very good size. We won't be coming back or recommending it.
