As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large, open-concept, great room with soaring ceilings, a gas fireplace, comfortable sectional, and a 70” Smart TV w/sound bar. This room opens up to the spacious covered patio with a gas fire pit, gas BBQ, outdoor dining, and a large hot tub with seating for 10 to 12. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the golf course views when staying at this home!

The fully stocked chef’s kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts premium stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a oversized island prep area with seating for 4. The dining table is just steps away and it seats 6 comfortably.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The 1st main floor master has a king bed, smart TV, and an attached private bath with a beautiful tile shower, large soaking tub, and dual sinks.
* The 2nd main floor master has a queen bed, smart TV, and an attached private bath with a tub/shower combo.
* The main floor bunk room is furnished with two sets of twin/twin bunks.
* The upper floor master has a queen bed, smart TV, and an attached private bath with a tile shower.
* The upper floor quest bedroom features a queen bed, and a smart TV.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway. There is parking for about 5 cars in the driveway.
