Modern Relaxing Escape - The Clancy Cottage

The Clancy Cottage is 800 SF with a modern/open floor plan and all the amenities needed for a comfortable experience. It is located in a relaxing setting with great views of Sheep Mountain and surrounding forest.

You can relax and enjoy a Montana evening on the outdoor patio which includes a grill, propane fire-pit and hot tub. The hot tub is not available for use from Nov.1-Apr.1 due to cold weather and maintenance required; however, we provide our guests with 2 adult passes to Boulder Hot Springs. Activities enjoyed in the immediate area include hiking, disc golf, mountain biking, and ATVing.

The cottage is located just 2 miles from I-15 and is a quick drive to Helena where you can enjoy dining, breweries, theater, shopping and historical places of interest.

The cottage was completed in the Spring of 2022 and includes a full kitchen, full bathroom, washer and dryer and an upstairs loft with a king bed and a designated work space. Owners live on site in home next door.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cottage, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio.
