Beds a little hard, some days rooms didn't seem fully cleaned beds were just made. Rooms were cleaned late and had to wait for clean towels a few days, wish they put a few benchs in front of the hotel for people to sit or more seating areas in the lobby. The whole staff was really great and super nice.

I stayed at this property for 2 weeks and it was excellent. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The best part was the room where clean once we arrived and where cleaned on a daily bases. The location was close to the US consulate and good distance to the local mall. Over all I really recommend this hotel

Excelente servicio! Triste porque no pudimos despedirnos de quienes nos ayudaron y facilitaron nuestra estancia durante 11 días! El almuerzo fue delicioso e incluso hubo opciones de desayuno para nuestro niño de 2 años. Todos fueron muy amables muchas gracias! Volveríamos a hospedarnos en este lugar y definitivamente recomendamos.
