Ashcroft Loft by Apricity Property is a stylish 3 bedroom apartment located in the centre of Cirencester with the park, museum, market square, pubs, coffee shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. The private balcony has a view of the church and local bowling club.
This apartment is the perfect base for exploring Cirencester or somewhere to come home to after working away in the area. We are also happy to house guests needing accommodation while work is done on your own home.

Ashcroft Loft has been beautifully decorated and furnished for a luxury stay in the town centre. It is located on the first floor and also has a master bedroom with en-suite on the second floor.

The space consists of
* Cosy Open plan living area with lounge, dining table and kitchen
* Terrace area with outside furniture overlooking the bowls club and church in the distance
* One master bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room.
* Two twin bedrooms - all linen and towels provided
* A further bathroom with a shower.

The Kitchen area is well equipped with

- plenty of crockery/cutlery and glasses

Our property is self catering however we do provide some tea, coffee and toiletries to get you started during your stay.

You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. Although we do not live on site we are contactable should you need us, however if we don't hear from you we'll leave you to enjoy your stay.

Manager will be available to speak to if you have any problems.

Cirencester is a beautiful market town with 4 supermarkets (2 within easy walking distance) fabulous restaurants, farmers market and charter market twice a week. Lovely independent shops and amazing choice of restaurants.

There are 3 car parks within 5 minutes walking distance and the long term parking 10 minute walk. During the weekend there are various free options within 5 minutes walking distance.

Although the apartment does not have allocated parking there are places to park nearby for reasonable price and also some free spaces too.

Please be aware there are stairs to the apartment and stairs within the apartment before choosing if this accommodation will be suitable for your needs.

Pet fees will be processed after you're booking at £50 per stay or £50 per week depending your length of stay.

Weekend Break
Lovely property on the edge of the town centre. Easy walk to all the shops and attractions. Property was very clean, well equipped and easily accommodated our group of 5 adults. Parked outside property to unload and then used Beeches car park for remainder of stay - approx 10 minute walk away and cheap at £2.70 all day (free overnight and on Sunday).

One of the best things about this property were the little touches like dishwasher tablets, cloths, shampoo, loo roll, spray surface cleaner, bin bags etc. The beds were comfy, the flat was warm and beautifully decorated. Cirencester is s very pretty town and the property right in the centre. Once you get your bearings, it’s easy to walk everywhere from here. Tesco is just a minutes walk away. Parking outside is tricky but there are numerous pay and display car parks with free overnight parking and I would say Cirencester is super safe. Thanks so much, we would definitely book again.
