Welcoming, spacious and bright first floor apartment in Valnogaredo (Padova) on Monte Venda one of the most fascinating of the Euganean Hills. The apartment, together with three other units, is located on a rural farm with a communal swimming pool, adjacent to the Monte's hiking trails, where guests can enjoy long and relaxing walks. The owners run a farm with a restaurant, clad in trachyte stone from the Euganean Hills and wood. In it you can taste the local dishes, especially the pasta made with wheat flour and the spit cooked on charcoal; these are prepared exclusively with home-made products and the products can be purchased and/or tasted. Livestock is also raised on the farm: Pigs, roosters, hens, pheasants, quails, ducks and rabbits, and freshwater shrimp (lobsters) are raised in breeding ponds. An ideal destination for those who seek relaxation, contact with nature and good food, without giving up the possibility to visit the most important art cities in the area, such as Padua (33 km), Venice (69 km), Verona (75 km) the famous thermal baths of Abano Terme and last but not least Lake Garda (154 km) with its amusement parks (about an hour's drive away). Gazebo with table and chairs for exclusive use. The owners organize tours and excursions for their guests for a fee. See also IVC218, IVC220.

Ruhige Lage, angenehmer Vermieter, nice place to stay.
Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen mit großer Außenfläche, auf der Ballspiele möglich sind. Waren im April dort, daher Pool nicht nutzbar. Wohnung sauber und geräumig. Abzüge von einem Stern, weil Einrichtung im Wohnessraum spartanisch (kl. 2-er Couch, keine Kaffeemaschine), in Erdgeschosswohnung keine Fernsicht und WLAN nicht durchgängig verfügbar. Vermieter sehr nett, betreibt das Restaurant Alto Venda (Slowfood) und hat uns zum Abschied auf eine Flasche Wein, frisches Brot Salami und Schinken aus eigener Herstellung eingeladen. Selbst am Ostermontag organisierte er eine Gaslieferung, bevor es abends abkühlte. Heizung ist ausreichend ausgelegt. Nice place, would come back.
