Additional rules
BECAUSE WE LOVE OUR GUESTS AND NEIGHBORS, WE WANT EVERYONE TO HAVE A GREAT TIME. THESE RULES ARE FOR THE COMFORT AND SAFETY OF ALL OUR GUESTS.
1) No smoking of ANY kind allowed inside the property, out of windows or close by the entrances. Penalty $250 FEE, asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be issued.
2) No pets allowed. $250 fee per pet, asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be issued.
3) No parties or events allowed. Please note there is an exterior camera recording sound and movement. Quiet time outside on weekdays / weeknights is 9pm-9am and on weekends 10pm-10am.
4) Arrival & departure Check in time is any time after 4pm and check out is anytime prior to 10am.
5) No eating allowed in the bedrooms.
6) No parking or driving on the grass
7) Please remove shoes when inside the home (Unless there is a health issue that prevents this)
8) Be transparent. We ask that you provide the names of all guests that will be staying at the home as part of reservation. Should there be any changes to this list please advise as soon as they are known. We can add additional people to the reservation prior to check in at a rate of $15 pp per night. >>STRICT RULE you are not to have more people in the home than indicated on your reservation. >>We do not allow extra people beyond the people listed on the reservation. If we find that you have broken this rule you will be asked to leave immediately with no refunds issued and or charged a fine of $55 per person per night. This rule is nonnegotiable. There is no charge for infants (Under twelve months) any children over 12 months must be included on your reservation. rules for the type of property.
