Rooms smell musty and are clearly aging. Daily housekeeping still suspended due to "COVID Restrictions." Pretty friendly staff, all things considered, but entire property seemed run down and stinky. In need for renovations, considering the relatively high price per night.

The conditions of the building were poor-contrary to reviews. It was impersonal and not friendly. Clearly they provide a bed and a decently clean bathroom. It is designed for folks who can’t afford to stay on the other side of the freeway. I had reviews about improvements, but that was not accurate.

When I got there they told me that my rm was not pd for my Cuz pd in advance on wed I had the comfirmation number in my hand so they called my cuz and told him his card was declined he said he had his receipt so then they said he got two rms this wrong they told him they made a mistake then I went to my rm this is not good business never coming back to this hotel ever.

The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was a wide variety and well worth part of the expensive hotel. While renovations are apparently in process, the hotel does need an upgrade. I will say the lobby area was very nice. The restaurant was closed as was the pool. Convenient location, however, and free parking

Staff was pleasant and accommodating. The smell was stale and hallway was super warm upon arrival to our room. Room was dated but seemed clean. Smell again was stale. Area around hotel is unpleasant with many homeless and sketchy people. You get what you pay for.

not quiet our room on a high floor because off road…but very good and polite staff, excellent breakfast. Very clean hotel and room.

Overall the room was ok, but when my son would move, the bed would creek. In the morning, the bed frame completely fell apart. Could have been a serious safety issue! No compensation or rebate offered. The front desk person was kind enough to say “they wouldn’t charge us for it”!!! Will not be returning.
