Not worth the effort. We thought we were going to have a relaxing weekend at an above average hotel, we would have been better off at a Holiday Inn Express. Torn couch cushions, a toilet that would not stop running unless you jiggled the handle just right, an un-comfortable bed and a pathetic breakfast selection.

Front desk was so rude. I called and and confirmed my booking. I asked if I can do an early check in for a fee she confirmed that I can do that and the fee will be $20. I arrived at the hotel and she couldn’t do anything she said “ The system is upgrading and it’s not allowing me to create keys at this time I said OK I’ll wait outside. Please give me a call if your system is back and running people checked into the hotel. I wear it until 3 and I went there again. She disrespectfully didn’t do anything or apologize about it when I asked if this is because it’s true Expedia, she said possibly which means she lied about not having access to make keys and made me upset. She also couldn’t get me the booking even though it’s 3:45 PM and made me pay for another booking at the location. I have no time to call to cancel this or get credit for please give me a call or credit me back regarding this situation. thank you very much

Considering the number of guests with small children, the property was amazingly quiet. The crowds meant luggage carts were scarce and the breakfast bar was lacking coffee 2 out of 3 of the mornings we visited. The website’s mention of all day restaurants was a misnomer as the was no food service between 10 AM and 3 PM on Saturday the 11th. Disappointing, considering I left my wife at the hotel with no transportation of her own.

Hotel was nice enough. Would be nice if Expedia or the property let people know in advance of issues the the aminites. For this say I had children and we chose this hotel partly because of the indoor pool. Was informed upon checking in (prepaid) that the heater was not working. They tried to swim but the water was way to cold making it very unenjoyable. But overall I would book again.
